We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or business assets to third parties or data brokers under any circumstances.

4. Confidentiality of Client Projects

While design files and assets you upload are stored on cloud platforms (such as Trello, Figma, and Google Drive) to facilitate delivery, we treat your workspace and unpublished business materials as confidential. Please note that as outlined in Section 19 of our Terms of Use, we reserve the right to showcase completed design work in our portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or written opt-out is in place.

6. Data Retention & Security

We retain your personal information and project files for as long as your subscription is active or as needed to provide you with our Services, comply with legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. Even if you pause or cancel your subscription, we may retain your workspace boards so you can seamlessly resume service later, unless you explicitly request that we delete your data. We implement commercially reasonable security measures (including SSL encryption and two-factor authentication on our internal tools) to protect your data, though no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
