FAQ
On average, most requests are completed in just two business days (between 24 and 48 hrs) or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.
Subscribe to a plan and we'll quickly set up your very own individual private dashboard. This process usually takes about an hour to complete from the time you subscribe. Once you accept the invite, you're ready to rock.
Further instructions on how to use your private dashboard to request designs can be found on the board itself.
Wild West Graphics Co. is a dedicated visual design foundry. You'll work directly with our in-house graphic designers—your work is never outsourced to random freelancers.
Once subscribed, you're able to add as many design requests to your unlimited production queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.
We understand you may not have enough design work to fill up an entire month. Billing cycles are based on a 30-day subscription duration. If you pause your subscription, your remaining days are saved to be used whenever you have more work.
Larger requests are broken down on our end into milestones, or can be handled through our One-Off Products Foundry for full-scale brandings, rebrandings, typographies, and visual production.
Most requests are designed in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma.
Once your visual designs are approved, we can translate them into clean, production-ready web builds or hand off organized source files to your team.
We offer a ton of flexibility in how you request designs using your private dashboard. You can type brief descriptions directly on the board, attach reference images, share Google Docs, or drop a quick Loom video.
No worries! We'll continue to revise the design until you're 100% satisfied. Unlimited revisions per item are included in your subscription.
Products which may take too long to include in the commercial graphics subscription—such as full-scale brandings, rebrandings, custom typographies, and large visual production—are handled via our One-Off Products Foundry.
That's fine. You can pause your subscription when your request is finished and return when you have additional design needs, or reach out to our One-Off Foundry at hello@wildwestgraphics.co.
Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
For sure. Whether you need Wild West Graphics Co. for a month or a year, the choice is yours. Just feel free to come back when you have additional design needs.
